Culpeper County is undertaking a review of its existing Comprehensive Plan and needs your feedback! A comprehensive plan represents a community’s vision for its future, setting the framework for how land is used and guiding all decisions regarding growth and development. The county began the process of updating its existing comprehensive plan (adopted in September 2015) in 2019, but that process was put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Culpeper Planning & Zoning Department’s review of the 2022 Comprehensive Plan will be ongoing throughout the rest of 2021 and much of 2022.
