About Us
Lauren Seeling
Lauren spent 20 years in the real estate settlement industry as a licensed title insurance agent, but decided to make a career move and give up the long commute to Northern Virginia. She joined PEC as the Bookkeeper in February of 2023 and is excited that she can walk to work when the weather is nice! Lauren grew up in Centreville, spent several years in the Fredericksburg area and moved to Warrenton in 2011 where she currently lives with her family.

Ashish Kapoor joined PEC in March 2023 as the Senior Energy & Climate Advisor.
Faith Schweikert
As the Buy Fresh Buy Local Assistant at PEC, Faith’s work helps connect people from across the Piedmont to fresh, local products grown and raised in their area.
Achieving Conservation Wins Together
As our 50th anniversary year comes to a close, we are taking stock in the effects of our collective efforts over the last half century toward meaningful conservation and better communities in Virginia’s Piedmont. We are ever grateful to our generous and committed supporters and members who’ve made it all possible, as well as our many partners and dedicated staff. As we head toward the close of 2022, we invite you to look back at a few highlights of our work together this past year.
