Josh joined PEC’s staff in October of 2021 as a Conservation Research Fellow. Before that he worked with PEC as a climate intern. Josh works closely with Kat Imhoff researching climate policies with an eye towards rural models. This work aims to develop a model for PEC to be able to approach the global climate crisis at a local and regional scale. He also provides support for local land use efforts.
Josh grew up in Charlottesville and graduated in 2020 from the University of Chicago with a degree in Environmental and Urban Studies and a minor in Statistics.
