Sagebrush, LLC has applied for a special exception to operate a 50-bed residential drug and alcohol treatment center on Parcel 6959-95-2421 in Fauquier County. This 96-acre parcel is located one quarter mile off of Crest Hill Road and about one mile from I-66 in Marshall. At full capacity, the facility will have up to 38 employees on a given shift. The entire application is available for review at the Planning Office, located in the Warren Green Building, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, VA.

At its meeting on January 29, 2009, the Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend denial to the Board of Supervisors. It is expected that the Board will consider this request at its meeting on March 12, 2009.
