Designing Building Sites for Better Water Quality

Mintbrook Farm Comprehensive Plan Amendment

A development of up to 675 homes is proposed for the Bealeton Service District, expanding the district by 125 acres. Learn more about the Proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment proposed for Mintbrook Farm subdivision, and attend the BOS meeting on July 9.

Cell Tower Proposed on Elmores Lane

Read more about a proposed 117 ft cell tower on Elmores Lane, near Dumfries Road in Warrenton. The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this proposal on Thursday, May 28, 2009.
