PEC is proud to have Dan Holmes serve on the State Advisory Board (SAB) on Air Quality. In 2006, Dan was the acting Chairman and 2007 marks the fifth year of PEC's service to the advisory board. The State Advisory Board studies and provides recommendations on prominent issues that need review on behalf of the State Air Pollution Control Board (SAPCB). The SAPCB are the decision makers on regulatory and permitting matters in Virginia.
