Carley Leins joined PEC in August of 2009. A native of the Piedmont, from Middleburg, she graduated from Foxcroft School and went on to the University of Mary Washington to recieve a B.A. in Historic Preservation. Carley participated in PEC's Fellowship Program in the summer of 2008, and returned in 2009 to begin her work here. She has lived in many counties in the Piedmont, including Loudoun, Clarke, and Culpeper, and now splits her time between Middleburg and Rappahannock.
